How To Install A Premium EPDM Rubber Roof On A House Extension Roof

In this video Sam explains how he installed a premium EPDM Rubber Roof (ClassicBond Pro) on this Home Extension Flat Roof and how difficult this Rubber membrane is to install in comparison to a standard EPDM Rubber Roof.

Sam also briefly discusses the benefits of using the reinforced system over a normal rubber roof with a few tips and tricks to help with the installation along the way.

We used this flat roofing material on this roof for demonstration purposes only. ClassicBond Pro is more suited to larger domestic & commercial roofing applications and the benefits discussed here will become a more advantageous factor on those applications.

Great video, my mother in law has a pitched kitchen extension, the pitch is tile, that meets a felt gully. Could you use these system on top of the felt. She's having lots of issues with leaks!.
