The guy who asked about dinosaurs gave me readon to think, that people should acknowledge and believe in the Resurrection first.

Once you believe that, you should go on to harmonize whatever issues you come across in the Old Testament; it seems people are prone to trying to square circles instead of see whatever thread of truth that connects it all.

Jim Wallace answered that question generally by saying Jesus believed in the Old Testament, so Jim then gives the Old Testament a pass.

It seems to me that the Holy Ghost is sent upon the teachers of the Catholic Church because of the obvious reason is that because they are the appointed teachers of the Catholic Church to teach instruct and feed the flock and make converts to the Catholic Church because of their higher calling through Holy Ordination from God as Gods appointed Men with Holy and Authoritative Powers from Above
