Purchase shares in great masterpieces from artists like Pablo Picasso, Banksy, Andy Warhol, and more. 🎨

Inspired by Venetian architecture and imagined as a mix between a gelato bar and hotel suite, La Suite Dolce Vita is an apartment redesigned from the ground up by french architects and furniture designers Space Factory. Inside, a versatile living and dining area contains a dining table for four to six, a stylish Italian boucle sofa and ample seating that doubles as storage. This same storage continues on the opposite side of the home where an office space is seamlessly integrated into the joinery and fluted glass arches separate the bedroom from the rest of the apartment, maximizing the circulation of light through-out space. The efficient design of these areas allowed Space Factory to create a spacious kitchen facing the living area, featuring concealed appliances to reduce clutter and a series of mirrors that reflect light and give the impression of a much larger space. The home's gelato themed pink and green palette combined with arched frames and curved edges throughout create a sense of softness and playfulness that permeates the space.

This is where I'd love to see a 'Never Too Small: Revisited' series. See how the inhabitant shifts the space to suit them, what has changed, what stays the same. Just a suggestion... you could do a few!

It's very cute and I like the color palette, but it feels more like a shop or a hotel than a home you could be comfortable in.

I would love to see this in it’s lived-in form, as the space itself looks well considered

This feels like stepping into an abstract painting, or a 70s sci-fi film. They really took advantage of the unconventional shape of the apartment and made it unique. Mesmerising!

I think these videos are best when folks are living in them to show how the space is truly used. I don't like the unloved in space. I do not understand not having a bathroom door. I guess with the toilet being in the front it will all work out.

When I look at this place I imagine how I’d decorate it, fill it with plants, throw cushions, padded seat cushions on the benches etc… so I don’t mind seeing it in such a sterile state… it’s actually a lovely modern, small unit with a lovely soft colour scheme, brilliant kitchen and I personally love arches, so that was a thumbs up from me. But yes, I agree with others that the arch step into the bathroom is not practical.

I was thinking, I like a sort of minimalist design but this space is too empty! Then I realized it is literally empty 😅I'm curious to see the taste of the owner and how they'll fill out this space

I like the arches. I don’t like the hard gelato bar furnishing. They are designed for temporary stays and are not comfortable enough for people to sit for long periods.

Beautyfull, inspiring, unique place. Unfotunately seems impractical for living. At the entrance there is no space for outerwear, I did not notice the washing machine, very little space to storage except kitchen. I could live for the weekend while exploring the city :)

I think they nailed the theme of a gelato bar perfectly, but it’s not for me, I would go mad living here.

Lovely shades of green and pink. ☺️ I think the round bottom of bathroom entrance may be much smaller as it can be a tripping hazard.

You can tell that it was made by two architects. In fact, I think it is very distinctive from a formal point of view, but at some junctures it errs on the side of impracticality and generally comes across as very "cold."

Such a relaxing place. I love all the rounded edges too.
Although I would be worried about tripping, going into the bathroom....but that's just me, as I have mobility issues

This in one of the most inspiring spaces I have seen in a long while. Its retro inspired, yet futuristic - and every single space is so well-thought-out. Awesome stuff.

Not my favorite Apartment shown on this channel by a long way but will say very clever use of a tiny space.

Fantastic use of space but I would have liked to have seen someone actually living in it to see what it would really be like.

Super layout and design elements throughout! ... but the preponderance of empty, echo-y, hard surfaces would be one I would not find comfortable or comforting.
I agree with an earlier contributor that the u-shaped threshold into the bathroom would represent a hazard. Great to see this tho. G Ire

Elegant. Beautiful. Full of functionality. In a great location.

This apartment has it all for one person living in it.

Kind of a surreal space, sort of Sims-like...
