Adding, removing and cloning VMs in Proxmox

In this video, I take you through adding a virtual machine to Proxmox (Ubuntu Server 20.04 LTS), converting a VM into a template, and using the template to create clones of the VM. I then show you how to remove a VM.

Proxmox is free of charge and can be installed on older PCs. If you have a spare PC or server you can install Proxmox on this and give it a new lease of life. It can be more efficient to run several systems on the one Proxmox system and it's a great learning opportunity. If you're thinking of setting up a homelab, it's an excellent start on this journey.

We have some donation links. This is completely optional but this will help us to purchase kit for review, and to keep up with channel expenses (studio kit, etc).

Thank you so much, I had not realised the clone was linked.

What if you need to change the MAC address and IPv4 settings?
