Damn.. I can see a super intelligent AI as being really helpful and solving a lot of problems - maybe curing all/most diseases, ending hunger and suffering, figuring out time travel or super fast interstellar space travel, improving all of our lives, solving physics, discovering amazing new things, engineering/developing new mind-blowing technology, etc. - so long as it didn't become our overlord. I think AI should stay in the realm of information processing in something like an advisor/oracle role.

If we had an AI ruler, I could see it interpreting some instructions in ways that would be to our detriment - like killing half of us to improve the lives of the survivors or to somehow help the environment or locking us all in camps or just otherwise taking our freedom and causing all or most of us to suffer immensely for the good of something else.

And I'm sorry but without exception, my allegiance and concern will always lie first and foremost with my fellow humans - above, and even to the detriment of, all else - no matter how crazy people become or how divided or how evil or however much some of them might even hate me - I will always stand with my neighbors, countrymen and fellow humans.

I used to want to get into IT/programming/hacking, etc. and find a way to destroy the entire internet to bring everyone out of their tech trance, bring people back together, get people to pay attention to things around them, etc. I got an IT degree but ended up not doing anything with it because I didn't want to move hundreds or thousands of miles away from home for a job...

But the thought of an AI god/dictator really reinforces my thought that the destruction of the internet would be a good thing. I know it gives us access to vast knowledge and facilitates communication and research and development, etc. but I think the cost to our humanity and to our in-person interaction and to our minds and attention spans, etc. far outweigh the benefits even now - even without a nefarious AI overlord...

And just, my God on the Disney one... Whether or not this specific account is true, it seems like there are _way_ too many stories and accusations like this against rich, elite, powerful types to be a coincidence - and it seems like the Epstein ordeal was the tiniest peak into that world. I'm sure stuff like this goes on somewhere and on some level - I don't think that part is overly conspiratorial. And like, for God's sake, if/wherever this goes on, like, why and how? It just blows my mind.

Are they just supposed to do the most evil things possible in their satanic cult rituals? It just turns my stomach - their whole goal seems to be to create as most pain and fear and suffering as possible and to subject innocent children to sexual abuse, ritual murder/sacrifice and prolonged trauma and torture... Like who in the fuck came up with this stuff? And why does anyone follow it? How did it become established? Like for real...

I mean, personally, I'm a Christian and I believe in peace and love and that children and their well-being are sacrosanct - if you want to worship Satan and summon demons and screw, torture and sacrifice each other/other cult members and willing/consenting _adults_, I say to each their own - but leave innocent children out of it..
