This was a great interview! Emily didn’t ask him softball questions like Jim Cramer and Benioff was focused. This is one of the few Benioff interviews that doesn’t feel like an infomercial for Salesforce!

Ofcourse the customer needs to know which model their AI is running on. If its open source or not, if its running on Saleforce AI model or Open AI. All of this also dictates what is happening to the customer data.

Salesforce is using OpenAI's platform. Just like Microsoft and Apple.

All of them are rebranding it with Apple calling it Apple intelligence, Microsoft calling it CoPilot, CRM calling it Einstein 😂
