This is huge! It will take some time for the adoption and most large scale enterprises will be early adopters. Customer service tier 1 support department is probably the most impacted by AI Agents in the near term. I see Salesforce holding the AI Agent trophy for enterprise efficiency in the next 2 years. Great vision and strategy. 95% of companies cant build those on thier own by hiring AI engineers. Way to go Marc! Huge win for Salesforce, Investors, and customers.

Has anyone tried to call Salesforce since the rollout of this new feature? I did, unfortunately, because we had an issue with a product, and it’s kind of funny because they don’t use Agent Force. Their phone system is really painful to navigate while trying to contact them. Wouldn't it make sense if they were the first ones to use this new service? I just find it humorous... Cool feature, though, and hopefully it will change the world of customer service!

this is amazing as a consumer of like all i suppose you guys i am sooo excited to see this everywhere through these customised everything lol Jesus knows all the great people working with ai can access my information from google and windows and social media and like my interests to train all these agents and ai especially when it comes to making me a better nicer and more compassionate person blah blah blah anyway thanks guys adds and suggestions have been getting increasingly better over the last years :) sorry if ai need to translate that lol
