NOTE:
* Add more broccoli than I did in this video.
* Be mindful of the amount of heavy whipping cream you use. You just need enough to cover the top of the broccoli don’t overdo it.

Ingredients:
* 2-4 Chicken breasts, diced into bite-size cubes
* Olive oil
* Broccoli florets
* Butter (about 1 tablespoon or less)
* Heavy whipping cream
* Mozzarella cheese, shredded
* Seasonings: Garlic powder, Onion powder, Paprika, Salt and pepper and
McCormick Roasted Garlic and Herbs seasoning

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
* Place the broccoli florets on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little olive oil. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
* Massage the seasonings into the broccoli, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
* Bake the broccoli for 15-20 minutes, or until it’s cooked to your preference. Set aside.
2. Season the diced chicken breast with McCormick Roasted Garlic and Herb seasoning, onion powder, and paprika. ( or seasonings of your choice )
* Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours for more flavor).
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated chicken. Cook for about 4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes until the chicken is 80-90% cooked.
* Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add a little butter (under 1 tablespoon) and pour in a small amount of heavy whipping cream. Be mindful not to add too much cream.
Note: I use Kerrygold butter.
* Use a wooden spoon to scrape up any browned bits from the chicken.
* Stir in mozzarella cheese until it melts fully into the sauce. Season with McCormick Roasted Garlic and Herb seasoning, onion powder, and paprika if desired.
* Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer, ensuring everything is fully incorporated.
5. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and stir until the chicken is well coated.
6. Pour the chicken and sauce mixture on top of the broccoli, spreading it evenly across the dish.
* Bake in the preheated oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the dish is heated through.
* Let the bake rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy ❤️

All I want to say is thank you because this meal is so good. I made it after my doctor told me I had to lose 50 lb by May and I honestly feel like I can do it because it was delicious.

Substitute the chix with salmon. Crumble up the salmon or makerel. & Yeah Baby here we go. Cut the pie into 6 to 8 squares place a big square on top of a huge plate of salad. Twice a day 😋.smaller healthier and happier indeed.😊

This looks really good❤ I never thought to make Alfredo without the noodles!!! Now I’m gonna have to control the amount I eat, since there’s no noodles no starch!!! Pray for me so I won’t over eat 😂😂😂

I made this too when I was loosing weight but on a college student budget. I used Kraft Mac and cheese box and did the same steps with chicken and broccoli and then mixed in a put on the stove 😅

Girl I made your recipe yesterday and I added shrimp, red and green bell peppers it tastes amazing ❤ it’s crazy because I feel like I’m doing something wrong by eating it because it has that pasta taste but I’m not lol I’m gonna use this dish for my fasting 23hrs eating 1hr a day meal thank you so much ❤
