This is something very common (or at least was very common) in south america content creation.
They would get a random english video, copy it scene by scene, and then publish it with no credit and the excuse "im bringing your content to other languages"
There was multiple beef that happen with (principally brazilian) content creators and other contries ones, because they would copy a whole vid without autorization (i say this as a brazilian myself)

Ok, update: vivilly says that a portion of the copy's fans actually belived the copy saying that he's supposedly the "original" and are kind of bombing vivilly with messages and the guy (dylan aka the copy) himself actually DMd him (vivilly) saying "chill" and "it's just content broou"
