My grandpa had this too. Coz he worked in farm in central Java. It was so satisfying did a facial from him, the comedones came out so easily. Too bad that time there’s no social media. If only I knew those comedones would be viral in the future, I’d keep some documentations 😂

This makes me nauseous. I agree wear gloves. I have a lot of tiny blackheads on my nose. Started when I was 13 when I broke my nose. I wear sunscreen since I'm lily white and 71. The derms I've seen have no idea how they came to be. I see different derms every 6 mos because of cancer screenings. Really like your show. I've learned a lot from you.

Ouch, that has to hurt quite a bit right under the eye area. The people commenting "just wash your face" obviously never had any breakouts and just don't have knowledge about skin. Good thing you're teaching them!

I love the way to speak about this. Some some conditions are not solved by washing your face. I I was diligent face washer as a teenager and I dealt with some moderate to severe acne but I had to go to a doctor to get that controlled I want you that was a while back My child has what I used off Starbucks shelves for his morning routine and there everybody is a factors they used to be in many cases even more so

I remember seeing a firefighter have his solar comedones removed. It was the job, the smoke in particular, that caused his outbreak.

Omg !! This was painful to watch I can only imagine how this poor man feels . But oddly satisfying at the same time .
Yes my dad just got more skin cancer removed from years of exposure to the sun and never using spf . I have also been guilty of not using spf for my whole life and living at the beach . Definitely use ur spf people .
