Animation 'shows fate of flight MH17' - BBC News

The Dutch Safety Board has released its final report into the fate of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17, which crashed in Ukraine in July 2014, killing all 298 people on board. The report found that the plane was hit by a Russian-made Buk missile. An animated video describing the damage to the plane was shown to journalists and relatives of those who died.

Seeing all of these comments saying "It's not real", "The plane never crashed", etc. is a bit of a shock. I'm sure you have your reasons and arguments, but I haven't seen anything that suggests this didn't happen. The attention this incident got in the Netherlands is huge and I'd be impressed if they managed to fake every single heartbreaking interview and closed off one of the main highways for nothing. But if you're really convinced this is a conspiracy, give me some info and I'll look into it further.

The fact that 95% of previous commenters don't realise this video was made entirely by the Dutch Safety Board, and not the BBC, is laughable. It is also part of a much longer video that explains the crash in greater detail.

What happened to first BBC report from the crash site, the reporter was their the next day and did a load of checking and could find no evidence of the BUK being fired from the area given by Ukrainians. 20 mins after vid being put up it was removed!

For all that mentioned that those bodies are the bodies of the MH370's passengers & crews, how do you explain that to the families of the MH17's victims?
I'm from Malaysia, and my uncle's colleague was one of the MH17 victim. They both were supposed to go back to Malaysia together on that flight, but my uncle managed to get back a week earlier than his colleague.
So tell me, how did my uncle's friend is one of the MH370 passenger?
