What happened was that the plane before had repairs done to one of its engines, however it was done improperly and a peace fell off, laying on the runway, then this plane began takeoff and while going down the runway, the left tire hit the peace and it went right into the fuel tank in the left, causing the fatal accident

So what happened was a MD11 Continental took off before it and it left debris on the runway and the Concorde ran over it and it flew into tank 6 and caused it to go down
