1: Plate armor depends on the Time period.
2: Swords, lances and daggers were the Norm for every Knight
3: they had rigoros training... like and nobility through out History who had nothing better to do all day
4: teutonic knights throughout most of their time relied on shock cavallry. if a Knight practices archery then mostly for hunting.
