A peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked.
If Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers,
Where's the peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked?”

If a woodchuck could chuck wood?
As much wood as a woodchuck could chuck,
If a woodchuck could chuck wood”

These are v good for reducing anxiety and living in the present moment. Anxiety is usually caused by stressing over the past or the future but when doing these the brain is only focused on the tongue twister which is the present moment 👌

Love your videos. The tongue twister I have always found extremely difficult. Red lorry; yellow lorry.

I can make already all these sounds but I find that during the conversations I switch my acent to my old beloved acent, but I will definitely make do these tongue twisters everyday before I go to work so that my tongue gets used to the new adjustments tht I made. Tnx sir.

Thanks, helped a lot. This took away some of my nervousness coz my facial muscles felt like they were not cooperating a moment ago and my speech was weirder than normal.

Please explain further. If I pronounce these well, straight off, even at speed, does that mean they were not meant for me? Correct me if I’m wrong: pronouncing these well and reliably at conversational pace is MUCH more important than saying them quickly. Yes? No? Thank you. Your voice is impressive; your clean diction and strong breath support convey immediately.
