_"Tongue twisters are sentences or rhymes that are really hard to say."_
So the whole English language is made of tongue twisters.

A new tongue twister for you, 'I told you not to tell her what I told you but you told her what I told you not to tell her and she told me that you told her what I told you not to tell her'. :)

I love this channel.
It is great for people who aren't native speakers to learn how to improve their speech, to make themselves better understood.
However, communication is a two way street.
It's be interesting to have more content helping non native speakers understand strong accents.
I've lived in Australia since 1988, and I still have trouble understanding a bogan accent.
I'm sure lots of people around the world also struggle to understand a Birmingham accent or a Southern Drawl.

I have just found your channel and I am enjoying every video. I am efficient in speaking/writing/ reading the English language and then from time to time, I struggle with some words. I have learned that it's okay not to be perfect and to always learn and keep on improving. Thanks so much, Lucy!
I wish you had been my English teacher years ago. My English teacher and mentor (both females and both great people) didn't have the patience to teach me proper pronunciation. I had to learn how to speak by hearing and observing others but my Fench/Portuguese native tongue would make weird sounds. Lol!

Haha you are amazing!!! When it comes to tongue twisters I always have in mind this:
Betty bought a bit of butter.
But the butter Betty bought was bitter,
so Betty bought a better butter,
and it was better than the butter Betty bought before.
:D I love it!
Greetings from Greece!!!

Good to see you've made a comeback. I hope you return to your original style and do not let third parties influence you or make you think you've done anything bad whatsoever. You are the one who should be influencing them, not the other way around.

Hi Lucy !
Poetry has great tongue twisters. For example, in "The Tyger" by William Blake (tyger = "tiger" in Old English), there’s: “What dread grasp dare its deadly terrors clasp?” This poem was made famous by the TV series "The Mentalist": "Tyger, Tyger" was the code phrase of the bad guys (Red John's friends)...

The way I learned the first tongue twister was:
"She sells seashells at the shining sea shore, the shells she sells are seashells, I am sure."
