Pilates Quickie with Backbends

Pilates with backbends is a 15 minute class working on stretching and warming up the muscles needed for back bends. Always be aware of how your body is feeling & don't push beyond your ability. Be safe when you practise- even if you need to skip one of the exercises. If you want to work more on the backbends, push pause & practise.
