Practice #5 the elevated bridge at the bottom a staircase. Helps to gradually work down to the floor

Ii somehow found the normal bridge easier then the elevated bridge

I've been at the half bridge press up for about a year now, but getting higher. 😁 At first I thought practicing this was causing lower back pain, but that seems to be unrelated. Back is all good now after years of problems.

I miss being able to do this when I was much younger, Doing the Wrestler stretch- wow, those lats are tight! No doubt contributing to my poor posture, etc. Thank you!

Do I have to push myself into the position for the best optimality or is it all the same just going to the position in a different way and holding the position for 30 seconds for example. (My shoulders cant operate the get up)
