The dynamic duo of Paige Bueckers and Aliyah Edwards once again did a great job of helping Uconn win. It's amazing how far they've come with so many injuries plaguing them this season. They're lack of depth will likely hurt their chances of getting past USC, but we'll see what happens.

The current Uconn team with Paige Bueckers reminds me of the Arizona Team when they had Ari McDonald. Paige and Ari are both superstars and capable of carrying their respective teams, but only if others step up as well will they have a chance to really go far in the tournament. The difference is that Uconn has Aaliyah Edwards who has been outstanding the entire season, so impressed with her. And I thought KK played well today too.

Whew! That was a squeaker. I really thought UConn was going choke and get booted again like last year. They didn't look like a team that will match up well with USC. I hope they surprise me.

I wish the best for UCONN and that Paige does her best to help win but I don’t think that will happen. Watch the last two minutes of game after her missing a 3 pointer, instead of taking control and slowing things down she passes to the freshmans and they miss the basket or pass the ball away opening the door for Duke. I’m glad she made the free throws but I don’t think USC is going to give them a break. I hope I’m wrong about this.

I love Paige, and was really excited to watch her, but she was disappointing in this game. She seems unable to create shots for herself easily. Her awareness and defensive positioning/effort were terrible while Duke was making its run at the end of the game.
