Colin, all you said as the season was about to begin was Chicago was the perfect fit for Caleb. His talent was going to make Chicago a legit Super Bowl contender, win the division, etc. Now, Caleb looks like he did at USC, the team has tanked, Caleb looks terrible, and it’s everyone else’s fault! Go back and watch your videos then please explain it to us.

Bo Nix can handle the blitz, Caleb Williams cannot.
The blitz is the QB's job to handle, not the O line. The o line is only 5 guys, if the defense sends 6-7 guys the O line can't stop that. Caleb has to see it pre snap and then deal with it, by changing protection by calling in the TE or RB or whoever to pick up the blitzers, or make a quick pass to whoever the D is leaving open or change the play to a blitz beating play. But it all starts with Williams seeing the blitz pre snap and doing something, right now he he doesn't see them at all so just tries to run around, this worked in college but absolutely does not work in the NFL, defenders are too fast.

Caleb blows. Sure he has 300 yard games once the teams go soft coverage because they are beating the bears so bad. Yards are a terrible QB stat. Dude holds the ball way too long and can’t operate an NFL offense without scrambling. He will never be great in the NFL
