Last year when I did the pacer test, I actually hurt my whole leg and it’s been hurting for about 6 months before I had a pacer test, and because pf how bad the pain was, I was only able to get 6 laps because of how bad the pain in my leg was, it’s better now though!

I do a mile every single week, and sometimes the pacer when it's gloomy outside. thank you for the tips, and I will try them out

Thanks man i had to beat 35 and i got 38 but i cant stop thinking about it because I have anxiety the day i have the pacer

2 tips that you forgot 1 is obvious but not many people know but run slow early to conserve energy and 2 don't run your feet flat angle so that your ankle is slightly above the ground so when you run your boosting your momentum by practically pushing on a wall this allows you to build speed very quickly but uses a lot of energy and should be used only after you failed to complete a lap

my advice was drop out 2nd round. im prone to being quite lazy, this had helped me through my middle years!

Not me watching this the night before I have to do this- But thank you for the tips! If I remember ill update tomorrow after I complete it. [: (Btw, a tip my dad told me was a lot of it depends on how you breathe. What he would do is as he would run he'd breathe to his favorite theme song ) ❤️❤️❤️

I did the fitnessgram Pacer test since I was in third grade fourth grade fifth grade sixth grade and seventh grade then in 8th grade we had a new gym teacher who didn't let us do the fitnessgram Pacer test I have no idea why but now that I'm a little bit older and understand I think I get it now of what I did wrong all these years

The last advise is so true, i lose my momentum and only get 80 when i can get 90. This helps and thanks ❤
