Especially for beginners looking to start progressing (I’m sure you experienced lifters already are familiar with the concepts). I've been weary of going back to weighted pull-ups since tearing ligaments in my left elbow which took many months to fully repair. But since weighted pull-ups seem essential for progressing with being able to do better muscle-ups, I've been keen to resume. Your videos are inspirational, thanks again!

Are partials fine with weighted pull ups? Or should I just drop the weight completely and just bang out more pull ups to complete failure?

Or should I not do any of those?

What is your opinion on weighted negatives to bust a plateau? My 1RM is 40kg and I am thinking of adding 35kg(2RM) weighted negative on one of my two weighted pull days, the other day I will train with lighter weight(15 or 20), I am 70kg btw at 176cm

Nice video . I just came from a endurance cycle when i got to 25 pull up in a row can i start with a strength cycle directly ? Or a hypertrophy cycle ( even tho i don’t eat in calorie surplus )

You said to gradually increase weights for each workout then reduce weight but not reduce as much. When do I reduce the weight? Very informational video btw but another question, 2x per week im doing 2 sets of 4-9 reps should I increase the sets?

how about that sir? i do 5-6 days once, i trained so hard, that is good? because every time I finish training, my back feels bigger and my clothes feel tighter, and I always do that periodically I keep adding weight, sets and reps and the rest time is fixed

Great video! If my goals are to increase pullups using EMOM, increase weighted pullups and clean up my muscle up, how would you recommend to implement them all together into a week of training? Or should i focus on obly 1 or 2 of them for different periods?

I agree with most of the video but I personally prefer to run one strength session (3 - 6 rep ) and one hypertrophy (8 - 12 ) on the same week

It's not optimal but more enjoyable and easy to progress
