After nights after nights of nightmares, i found a technique to defeat sleep paralysis like something creeping and watching. I challenge it exorcist it, soon afterwards many nightmares keep on coming, they like testing your skill. And i kept fighting them, kept on winning. Now, it had been months no more nightmares. Its like darkshadows is afraid of my presence when i am in my dreamstate. I am jhonwick in my dreamstate…❤😂

I had a hard time coming back into my physical, when I woke up last week. It made me think of and want to watch Dr. Blair. He's the reason that I settled into not fearing what I experience and don't yet always innerstand.

He’s right! I used to travel in my sleep as a child. It’s exactly the way he described it. It’s a feeling of flying. I had no idea what or how powerful this was. My mom was single parent so my sister and I shared a room and at one point a bed. I remember us both waking up and seeing a shadow person. It was a paralyzing feeling and we could not move, literally the most terrifying experience in our lives. It felt like extreme pressure and finally we both screamed and my mom ran in and grabbed us both. From what I remember, she grabbed a bible and we started praying together. It’s a hazy memory because it became one of those things we never spoke of until recently. My sister and I experienced this together and we both saw the shadow being standing on the side of our bed about 8 feet tall.

I’m not religious at all… but at a boarding school during my sophomore year of high school, I saw a light in the sky. It shot across the sky like a meteor, and then suddenly stopped. It then shot straight outwards into space. Ever since, I knew there is more to the world than we know..

Lately I’ve been having dreams of massive cataclysms and invasions by an alien race. My most recent dream, I was floating in space and looking at a massive tree. There were symbols running up the middle of the tree but I don’t remember them.

Towards the bottom of the tree was a “Chinese style” dragon with feathers. It was crawling up and down, randomly flaring its ears/nose at me and saying things like,

“beware, evil absolutely loves anything negative such as lying, stealing etc. and it will take any and every opportunity it can to coerce you into doing bad things.”

Had a reoccurring dream of being chased by something I never saw..one night I turned around to face it and it was a black figure and it got scared and I’ve never seen it since!

I would see them every night as a kid they were coming for me and I see them still just out the corner of my eye or around corners. I am a warrior and I am in constant battle im this realm and the astro realm I always wondered why bruises appeared from nowhere for no reason.

I came face to face with one in 2002 and it was distracted and didn’t know I could C him.. He was shocked when he turned back around to Iook at me and he knew I could C him and Ieft… plus l traveIed t!me and was abIe to C b4 it happened.. l use to teII so other peopIe can watch it pIay out but l learned to watch it pIay out aIone cause they don’t C it or comprehend, so the don’t have the abiIity so it’s not for them..
