Even though Fellowship doesn't have as much action as TTT and ROFTK, it has this scene and other gem scenes that hit the mark perfectly. That's why FOTR is by far my favorite of the LOTR films and actually one of my favorite films of all time!

I now realize when Arwen gave him the pendant, that's when her fate was tied to the One Ring. One of the most powerful things about the original LOTR trilogy for me is every time I watch these YT vids, I discover something new I never noticed or thought about when seeing it for the first time. For me, these Ah Ha moments are like seeing the films for the first time.

Can I point out that Arwen takes great care of Aragorn’s heart by (1) hearing his insecurities about his bloodline without judging or emasculating him, (2) reassuring him that he is better than his past, and (3) pushing him to become who he is destined to be?
