Madam, you have said tbat'Defamation'is non cognizable offence.If so how cognizance of defamatory statement/video clip prepared by someone is accepted as cognizable offence against the person who has circulated it, instead of against the person who has prepared it, by the police without the orders of court

Hello Ma'am, my Aunty manipulated my Father's POA issued to my Grandfather and my Uncle (Father's brother).


The POA is only mentioning about to take care of his immovable assests and his two children.
My aunt along with her father, registered a sale deed based on the POA.
