More than 3,000 San Diego Kaiser Permanente health care workers could walk off the job on Nov. 15 if a collective bargaining agreement is not reached.

I recently celebrated 40 years as an RN. Thank God I retired from the bedside before this plague hit an already hopelessly overburdened and rediculously underfunded system.
As long as we have such a backward system that puts profit into sickness care, forget about helping anybody but the shareholders.

Kaiser suspended 2, 200 unvaccinated employees and now those left behind are striking. And they say that there will be "experienced" caretakers there to care for the patients. Oh sure.

Look at how much it cost to rent n buy a home here .Even if the union gets what it wants inflation n state income taxes will eat it up

Imagine being one in critical condition when they walk out. I understand worker's rights, but this isn't the 18th century folks. If you don't like the pay just go somewhere that pays more. Pretty sh**** to vow to walk out on ill patients for a small bump in pay.
