Just finished building this on my survival world, took a week. For the materials you need:
10-15 stacks oak logs
4 stacks oak stairs
4 stacks spruce wood
3 stacks spruce slab
3 stacks spruce stairs
32 glass panes
1 stack oak trapdoor
3 stacks spruce trapdoor
2 stacks spruce fence
1 stack spruce fencedoor
2 stacks lantern
1 stack stripped oak logs
25 campfires
25 oak fencedoor
1 stack flower pot
3 stacks oak slab
