This tutorial shows you how to make a hidden door In Minecraft 1.16. With the tricks in this tutorial it should be easy to build this secret door in survival minecraft. :)

This is such a chaotic tutorial. Just the fact that the door ends up in a totally different place than the place you start mining out a "door" in the beginning of the video, makes it super confusing to use this tutorial to make a secret doorway in an already built structur where you have to be careful where you mine. I was so pissed 3/4 way through, when realising I couldn't even use the redstone mechanics I had built, because the door would end up in a totally different place than where I started, which was not somewhere where I even could place a door, as it would end up being outside the house I was building in.

If you have some issue with the button in 1.20.1 just replace for a lever it works perfectly!

It’s not even working properly the pistons are pushing the other pistons over and not even pulling them back and the bottom pistons aren’t activating

If anyone else has trouble getting the inner lock part to work in 1.17 - I was able to fix it by setting the redstone path back one block (so it doesn't run adjacent to the other piston).

The 4 wall of pistons doesn't pull the "door" back to open the hallway. Playing in 1.18
