Another smart move from Cover. By creating a new unit of Council + Hope, rather than just naming it CouncilRys, making Council still a 5-member unit including Sana, and IRyS won't feel like she's just meshed together to Council like an additional.

Cover really respects the departure of one of its members by not combining talents from different units to become a councilRys and prefers to remove project hope and council by replacing them with unit promises, I hope Sana is happy with the formation of this new unit wherever she is now
