I’ve been making chorizo and eggs forever, just tried your recipe this morning! So much better, from adding onions and garlic first to adding a little water in the eggs, chorizo tasted so much better! This is my new way of cooking them, thank you!!! 🙏🏼 🙌🏼

I made this for dinner but I mixed the fried potatoes into it added some cheese while hot and topped with lil salsa

I like to add tablespoon of crème fresh or milk while mixing the eggs 😊, and add salt pepper, tiny bit of butter just before eggs are done 100% will make them fluffier and more flavorful, also never stop stirring so air can get in there and make them fluffier as well

I heard about chorizo and eggs back in the 80's when I saw a movie name Midnight Run. They sounded good back them, and after watching this... maybe I'll give them a try.

In Spain, Andalucía, this is a classic cultural. The spanish made this with potato and pepeer. Called Serrano food.

We call it Torta in the Philippines. And we used ground pork instead of beef or chorizo. Yumm

The salt will make the eggs denser, add after cooking. And in my opinion, a dash of milk instead of water, and really whisk the eggs. Two minutes at least to get the air flowing in the eggs, like the pro's do.
