Special team of U.S. Border Patrol agents credited for ending Texas shooting standoff

A highly-skilled team of U.S. Border Patrol agents is being credited with killing the 18 year old shooter who barricaded himself inside Robb Elementary during his rampage. CBS Mornings co-host Tony Dokoupil spoke with U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Chris Magnus to learn more about the team.

Officers went in the school to get there own kids, the other officers then waiting 40 plus minutes and did nothing while innocent children where killed. A lot of parents were begging and pleading the officer's to do something and they was ready to rush into the school themselves. I believe one of the parents was even arrested for trying to save their kids

The TEXAS DPS Director’s speeches have all been about ego, vanity, glorifying DPS, curtain calls etc etc😂 This DHS Commissioner is extremely stately, diplomatic, clearly humble. Thank God, there are Federal adults supervising all those Texas Rangers & Texas Highway Patrol (Glorified Ticket Givers) who were prepared with absurd ridiculous speeches about how THEY eliminated the threat.😢
