Got mine fast, already programmed between the two radios. The radios work awesome. There is only 15 employees i think they do amazing

As someone who had an a+ rating that then turned to a c rating just because I decided to stop paying the BBB I don’t trust a single thing they say anymore. And let everyone know what they did every chance I get.

I bought 3 of the lte radios. They work as advertised. The company is responsive to email questions. They programmed the radios exactly as I asked. I have no complaints. Great radios. Great service. Also, I think not being accredited on the BBB just means that the company didn’t pay for accreditation. You can correct me if i am wrong about that, though.

They are down the street from me.. I don’t like that they advertise “no monthly payments” and have a yearly fee. A bit deceiving, but I like the idea of the product

The BBB is a paid service for the business. It is for the business unless the business is really terrible. Every business that is accredited pays $575 a year to maintain that.

Why would anyone waste their money on Rapid Radio?
When Cellular Systems are down or out of Range, those radios are useless. A CB radio handheld is more useful than that peace of you know what.

No monthly fees... thats not correct. So its misleading.. its $50 per year
