I noticed that httrack also has command line version, in the standalone download. It works just as good, and is headless. But, using the interface is easier for most. I was just playing around with it, and found that. Worked great both ways. I have 8 drupal websites, and I wanted to cut 6 of them down to static websites, and cut out the databases. Those sites do not need to use data bases, and the security, along with more issues. Listen and watched your video while I was using Httrack, and it is simple and great for accomplishing what I needed. anyone who wants to convert a CMS to a static site, then Httrack works great. Great video, and thanks for advice.
