I have windows 10 bound to my Microsoft account (it’s a digital activation, I don’t have a product key). I bought windows 8 and then upgraded to windows 10 for free. That was with one motherboard and processor. Then, that motherboard failed and I had to change both, motherboard and processor. I left the hard disk intact. When windows booted up, it asked to be activated which I did by calling Microsoft and it has been activated to this day. So, maybe digital activation can be re activated after changing motherboard and/or processor.

Now I am planning to do the same thing, only this time I am starting from scratch installing Windows and calling Microsoft to get activated. I’m hoping it will work, just like the last time I did that.

Hej Gill thanks for the video a new interesting feature Microsoft now testing is archiving apps, archiving unused apps automatically is nice so you can restore the app from the internet. And yes the AdDuplex has released the numbers for Windows 10 It seems like Windows 10 v1909 has become, the most popular version of Windows take care.
