Your classes bring so much joy to my life. First thing when I wake up, I stretch and flex my toes. Then I warm up and then take a class of yours. When schedule conflicts arise and I miss my morning ballet, I always manage to fit it in after the kids are asleep.

Thank you so much for those videos! I started my ballet journey by doing absolute beginner ballet classes and I loved it! I went to my first class. Now i dance for 6 months, I have been on summer intensive in pointe group (even tho I am not on pointe) because teacher told me that this is "my level", on monday I am going to 1st ballet grade for adults (I am 15) and I am super excited! I am so happy that I clicked that one video, because I finally discovered what I really like. Tysm again <333

Anyone else feel like they’ve hit a ceiling? Man my arms are killing me doing centre. I can’t focus on the legs because my arms are so dead and wining to be put down😂 Who knew ballet would be so brutal for arms. Thanks for the fun lesson❤

Hi, am 58 and have never done ballet so am enjoying your classses to help with balance and coordination and posture for figure skating. I was confused in this lesson with the frappe. I thought because we are doing 4 the pattern would be front-back -front -back- for the foot position. (like tondu) Can you comment please?

Wait, I'm VERY confused by the frappes on the side (not the doubles, the base pattern). Since there's 4 frappes, and you alternate closing front and back when going to the side, it should be front-back-front-back at first, then back-front-back-front on the other way. But in the video it's back-front-back-back in the first one instead, and vice versa. Have I gotten the pattern wrong the entire time??
