The original version seems much more lively plus the win screen is a lot funnier given the losing characters spin out and disappear into into void lol

There's something strangly creepy about the Superstar version with how their heads move so much while their bodies stay perfectly still.

Honestly, I feel everyone is pretty nitpicky about the new version not being exactly like the original. I honestly like that the other players are getting angry at each other if they mess up.

The only thing I don’t like about the new one is how the characters don’t stay quiet when they move their heads around- it drowns out the catchy music

With 'Look away' minigame comparison I actually expected the minigame from Mario Party 9 would come in two, but no

What's missing is how characters expressions change depending on what round and who's winning from the original. 
- Mario looks directly down at Yoshi in desperation after the first round trying his best to get him out.
- After being successful with TWO knockouts Mario looks back at the player with a smile meanwhile Luigi is the one looking at Peach and Yoshi with a very anxious face.
- After Luigi lucks out Mario pays attention to Luigi the whole time knowing that's where his main focus should be on getting out.

Both versions have the same characters in the same order except the original one from Mario Party 2 has Yoshi to replace Daisy. Daisy didn’t arrive until Mario Party 3.
