Both, both are good.

But “Dedicated to moonlight” and especially “Scream” are my favorite songs in this game at the moment.
So I’m one one of the mentors, even though my crown is turned off most of the times.

All these songs are simply perfect, i find myself listening to scream randomly in the day, but If there is one song i always think of when FF14 soundtrack comes up, its that, i always just hop on my white horse just to listen to it while walking.

Personally, I can listen to Answers all day (and cry the whole time, of course). I need to get that orchestrion roll... But there are just so many great songs in this game... Soken has been such an incredible successor to Nobuo Uematsu.

I can't help but notice that the new players are listening to songs from the older expansions. While the old players are listening to the newer ones. I feel like that's pretty fitting tbh.

Man this is actually so fucking true. When i first got into the game, those were the kinda songs that you just go "Yeah this shit is good" so you have the admit the music is pretty good in general. Then little by little you hear more of the music and start realizing more than just a select few are good

I love the Heavensward OST that I literally just go to Foundation sometimes just to hear the timpani roll and the horns blast in for Solid.

But just finishing EW and I haven’t been back to Ultima Thule because I feel like I’ll just start sobbing again and I feel my WoL did not get outraged enough at the trauma all my friends inflicted upon me.

Why do the old players get the newer songs though? Like you played HW music for the new players and then EW music for the old players, I feel like it would be reversed.

Somehow I like your format waaaay better.

Like most people use this meme to represent the ENDgame players only, so the old people are listening to like, Overdweller or Good King Mooglemog, and the young people are listening to like Eden raids, but you flipped it to ALL players, which flipped the joke. Now the Old people are listening to Endwaler, and the kids are still working their way through ARR.

This also implies that the game ages you, which like after like everything with like Emet-Selch and meeting Venat, yeah that does happen.
