Go back to the oldest one. Go to the printed book one and only ATM card.

The safest is still going down to the bank branch to make any enquiries. Nothing is more safe than seeing their staff in person

How come police could not catch the culprits?

Why called it goodwill? The money belong to the customers! OCBC is just a custodian to the savings.

Lol. You take their good will money, you need to sign their NDA. They lose your money and you need to kowtow to them to get your money back.

To prevent future scam, overseas transfer setup, should be default to " in person at the bank". Those who want to do online may put up a request. I believe most people do not want overseas transfer.

One should consider putting some money in fixed deposits if you have a big sum. At least it is separated from your saving accounts.

Too early to say goodwill. It doesnt augur well for the future. Most probably the bank is at fault substantially if not wholly

The three major local banks don't offer attractive interest rates for deposits yet some tech savvy people put so much money in a single bank.
Must be their fast and convenient digital banking services.

Receiving back the money only temporal measure..
It calls for a whole systemic approach from Govt, agencies to consumers, etc before it wrecks our standing in the Global arena..Human complacency big factor..

Dah biasa dengar orang ujar, cari hotline Google, cari Helpdesk. Jadi penyamun pun pandai, pergi Google buat iklan.
Habis Google tak kisah, siape bayar iklan letak saje lah. Kena pancing udang lagi.
