Active aerodynamics but we’re still scared of active suspension which would aid in maintaining higher downforce

That front wing reminds me of 2007-2008

That front wing looks like it’s gonna puncture a lot of tyres

They made such a big deal about more nimble cars, but they are still heavier than 2017 cars 😂😂

"more nimble" not nearly small enough, should have doubled these reductions

Hmm... Something about early 2000s designs...

Finally, Monaco makes a little more sense for 2026

No DRS really surprises me, but I strongly agree with the decision

ok.-ok.

All 5 first comments are bots 💀 Those bots are getting worse and worse. I don't even know if it should be reported as spam or p0rn...

Was really hoping for dramatically smaller cars like in the early 2000s so that's frustrating. I think the recent Monaco race showed exactly why these cars are way too large. I miss refueling as well. It caused many more lead changes which puts all of the cars in dirty air at some point making it more interesting

These are incremental changes to make the cars smaller and more agile on the track.

They only need a 16 inch rims and a 570hp 2.0 electric turbo charge v8 with 10000rpm and a 100hp small electric motor to achieve efficiency, maybe its only 670hp like the lmh but it could be a lot lighter than before maybe it could be 620kg, but the aerodynamic drag in the newer car could also compensate the top speed

I still remember watching as a pre-school kid on TV Formula 1 in Monaco and cars fitting along side it's other through the intense hairpin in sector 2. Cars mast get smaller to enjoy battles like those again

So everybody gets the active aero? Still a DRS, actually even more with the front wing now. But I assume it’s on all cars instead of just following cars.

A damaged front wing that might stop the active front wings from working is going to make for interesting races

What we want to know more is the implementation of manual override energy. Is it like Super Formula/Indycar or something new at high speed (like minimum speed to activate it)?

Have they said when the active aero be activated, like whenever they want?

I hate this. Just when the cars are getting closer with these current rules they do this. 2014 all over again.
