I’ve made your rice 4 times now and my family can’t stop eating it. It’s crazy there’s literally no leftovers. 😮❤😊😘.
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe

Cast iron. Well seasoned. I use a small one, just for cooking eggs. I use a larger on for meats and hashbrowns.

I don't know about underwhelming? That was alot of research to take in, some of it more thought provoking then others but I got some ideas from it that were new.

i cook eggs in stove top pressure cooker using steam basket. 4 minutes then quick release and cold water rinse. Roll egg on a paper towel on counter and peeling is a breeze.

If you add chopped hard-boiled eggs to tuna salad you have one of the best tasting "salads" on the planet.

8 Min is all you need for perfect hard-boiled eggs. the minute you reach 8 min, submerge them in an ice bath and let them sit a few min.Peeling is easier, the egg isn't overcooked AND the gg isn't dry or green.

Salt before cooking, but add pepper afterwards as it burns on heat.

I’ve had people tell me that jalapeños are, in fact, a type of chili. I didn’t know that.

Someone once told me to add cottage cheese to eggs & whip them that way.

I take the goobie out. The goobie is that rubbery glob that's connected to the yolk. I find it unappealing.

Can anyone tell me what that nostalgic instrumental song in the background is called?
19:50 is when it starts

The globby part is called the chaleza. You must have very fresh eggs, lucky you!!
