in my opinion, its a missed opportunity to show her backstory escaping from her dads cult, wouldve been cool seeing her get wrapped up in that again, or a true prequel to X that shows how Maxine escaped the cult.

Though the ending was disappointing, still enjoyed the movie ... I also feel there will be another movie about Maxine. After watching the movie, waited for a teaser trailer which is up for interpretation ... Is there still an evidence video out there?

Was my least favourite of the trilogy. Really liked it, but the other two were better

Heard that it's barely a horror and really toned down the gore. Which is a real shame.
I guess the Director pussied out and wanted to be more commercial. If so then lost lot of respect for him. The last two were great. Why change the formula and end the trilogy on a low. Sad.

This was such a let down after the amazing Pearl. Boring, predictable, and might I even say... lame? Yep, I'm afraid so
