Not sure i understand the one at 4:43. Thought you mention the x value cannot repeat. Is there exception to the rule, depebding on what they ask?

Can you send me a a video where x's are 6, 3, 9, 7 and then the ys are 6, 8, 12, 8 then I needed to plug in two numbers at the end to make it a function. There was a couple numbers for me so I put 8 for x and 12 for y. This was on my ged ready test and I don't know how to do this. Please help.
