It's not really accurate because in the film you can see in that most of the zombies in london already died, heck even in whole england. By the end of the film the infected in scotland are already dying out and in this it only falls after 130 days.

This isn’t accurate at all. The whole premise of the film is about how the entire government and society in the UK collapsed within 28 days, but in this you say that only a select few counties were overrun by day 30. The entire country had fallen by day 28 in the film.

Incorrect, because Ireland was never mentioned and in the trailer for 28 years later they mentioned the Mainland which is London, and also reference the 28 Days Later scenes
