Having lived in London most of my life, seeing such usually busy places like picadilly circus absolutely deserted made me scared in itself, factor in the Olympic level zombies, 28 Days Later has got to be one of the most frightening films ever made 😮😮😮😮😮😮

This movie is top #1 for me. Watched it at 9 years old and now
I’m 25 and still think this and 28 weeks later is a masterclass of films

Came here after watching Oppenheimer. Ever since I saw this movie right after it came out, I have wished Cillian Murphy would get the respect and recognition he always deserved. He was always so underrated. Finally, he just might get that recognition with Oppenheimer.

I remember watching this movie as a teen and feeling so scared and traumatized at the end of it. It's a great movie.

"28 Days Later"(2002) is a horror movie masterpiece, and one of the best and most scariest horror movies of all time! The amazing soundtrack of the movie is evocative and very atmospheric!

When I saw this movie. I remember having the feeling, that this movie would change our conception of how we see horror survival and zombie survival.
It was like seeing Nirvana for the first time In a dark and nasty bar outside of Seattle in 1989. One of the best films ever

This trailer is very well-made, I remember when it came-out, I was 8 years old at the time. I didn’t really understand what the « threat » was, and it made me absolutly terrified.

That pisses me off in horror movies. You sense something is horribly wrong but you still yell at the top of your lungs screaming for help

I live in London and just wanted to say how terrifying this would be to live through. I literally just woke up from a nightmare scenario just like this, where crazies move at pace, and I had to be cautious every minute alone, looking for shelter. I even had to run away from a pack and only managed to escape briefly by what would be considered an ex machina. Bearing in mind this is happening in London, but somehow the running took me to the countryside. And it was there the same crazies were still pursuing me based on my scent because I did manage to get some distance due to that 'help' from earlier. But, it was at that point hearing their loud sniffs and me sweating I realised there was no chance and woke up to post this. A* on the scale of terror for this movie especially if you are from London.

I'll always remember this as the first movie in history where zombies could run, and with such rage. And the fact that they made a great movie about it and not just rest on "let zombies run' and be done, is actually what makes this one of the best horror movies of all time, at least in the jump scare genre.

I'm not a horror fan as too many of them just rely on jump scares, gore, or extremely uninteresting opponents that you could really just take out with any modicum of planning (e.g. just sniper Micheal Myers rather than create a whole extravagant plan to cage him and burn your house down) and I heard he's supposed to be back again (JLC, I kind of think you deserved him to 'rise again' and so I've got no interest in seeing the sequel to the sequel of a movie that was supposed to be the final sequel of a movie written without the intention of having any sequels (like The Matrix).

I digress, this movie was a shock when it came out, no only because no one expected them to run, but because the story and characters in a horror movie were actually believable,

I still remain hopeful that there'll be a 28 Years Later, it would be perfect given a current world events. Things were more predictable back in the 00s, except this movie.
