Leider werden die Features nur angesprochen, jedoch nicht im Detail erklärt. Es ist bei diesem Super-Mixer leider so, dass die Informationen, die Behringer zu diesem Mixer herausgibt, mehr Fragen aufwerfen, als durch die Dokumentation beantwortet werden. So zum Beispiel die Möglichkeit der Fernsteuerung über das IPad. Es hat wirklich Monate gedauert, bis dieses Problem gelöst war, welches durch Informatioenn von Behringer wesentlich schneller hätte gelöst werden können. Man hätte z.B. einige Beispiel-Routings in einer extra Dokumentation hier in YOUTUBE veröffentlichen können, stattdessen werden kryptische, nichtssagende Videos veröffentlicht, die einem bei den Problemen mit der X32 nicht weiterhelfen. Jeder, der sich eine X32 anschaffen will, sollte bedenken, dass es mit dieser Maschine massive Probleme geben kann.
