You're talking more about the driver instead of the customer. I paid for round trip to buy milk at a liquor store. It took me 3 minutes but as soon as I walked into the store the driver drove off, went back down my street to pretend he dropped me back off home. On the app it says he completed his job. But hopefully Lyft will see the time line and fire him.

Give me a break! I am a RIDER, I cannot login into the app NOR create a new account!!! I need help with that, but there is no way I can find any way to get help from Lyft!!!! Your video may be useful to drivers, but not for riders. Drivers are important, but they will not have any work if there is no app support and riders cannot use it!!! How does one get RIDER support about LOGGING INTO THE APP?!!!!?
