So i am a fresher i learnt power bi, tableau, sql, python and i have solved many problems in sql and also I know bit machine learning and i am a fresher and this is my complete analysis of what recruiter are doin so about 10 percentage of data analytics job requires experience of 5 to 20 yr and 30 percentage want atleast 1 yr experience and rest will be asking for 0 to 3 yr experience but they will hire people with experience so what to do

Hi Sir, I had upskilled myself with all these 3 relevant skills that is Excel, SQL and power BI as well, but while applying, still most companies and asking for experience in the DA role. No fresher jobs in DA role even though I have all these 3 skills.

There are 14, 000 jobs but how many are only for freshers that the question
And even tho there are opening for freshers but it is not just restricted to fresher
They want someone with 0 to 1 or 2 year experience
And in this case it is obvious they are gona pic the one with 2 or 1 year experience and freshers are left behind
And also on an average a fresher data analyst get around 2-3lpa and not 6lpa
And also for are opening but it 1 or 2 openings and for that 1 or 2 openings around 4000 people apply
So just make realistic video
Only handfull of data analyst get 6lpa most of them dont

I have 7 years of experience in the electrical field, but I want to switch to a career in data analytics. I completed my PGDBDA in September 2023 from CDAC (Mumbai). In the last three months, I only received 2 interview calls with LeetCode questions. However, I haven't received any calls since then. Despite learning all the required skills and performing well in the modules, I'm not getting proper interview calls. I've applied to more than 200 companies on Naukri and LinkedIn, and I've reached out to many HR professionals requesting to be shortlisted for interviews. What should I do with my skills if I'm not getting the right interview opportunities?
