If you're going to a fair, carnival or circus this year here are some braces tips!

1. popcorn isn't the greatest option, the kernels can be really crunchy so I would recommend avoiding it
2. I would probably skip the ice cream cone and just eat it with a spoon. The cones tend to be really crunchy and can bend wires / pop off braces
3. If you're going to avoid one thing on this list, I would definitely avoid CORN ON THE COB. If you cut it off the cob it's totally fine!

I’m sorry but if your bracket brakes eating any of these foods (except for maybe the corn on the cob) your dentistry needs better bracket glue 😅 I had braces for 2 years and ate anything I wanted and never broke a bracket 😗

I wear braces and I eat everything. My braces are still not broken. So guys, don't worry, the braces are very strong. But I wouldn't buy candy or anything similarly hard 😂🥲
