I would say that Pomni would be the one getting abstracted but not anymore, because in the new teaser she sounds like she’s used to all this chaos, and when she’s teleported to a meat freezer she just doesn’t care.

Wait possible theory…
Pomni (and the others) put on the headset and got on the game, but then they died in some way. The game being the last game they saw, it made them trapped. Pomni though, was the most recent death, so she was the most confused. She tried getting the headset off, but then, she decided it was a dream. But, as the episode goes on, she goes insane and realizes it’s real. She also realizes there’s no exit door, but the only time there’s only fake exits, your dead but were on the game before dying. This is why she can’t return, and can’t remember her name.
