You know, life's just crazy like that sometimes. Some of us punish our bodies with lots of different things, and yet we still have "flawless skin texture"
Some of us, we practice skin care, but sometimes...

Our skin doesn't care.

As my derma teacher told us: if you get acne from eating chocolate, stop rubbing it on your face

I got acne at 36 after having almost no skin issues, including during puberty (I'm still honing in on the reasons, I'm almost there). So yeah, young age is not essential, you can get it whenever, be it out of food mismanagement, environmental changes, disease, or whatever else.

People often are so nasty about others' troubles, like weight or skin issues if they never had those themselves. Just be compassionate, or at least don't attract attention to others' health problems.

I'm 57 and dealing with acne. I have it more now than as a teen. Hormones are evil.

I appreciate you because there's another plastic surgeon who is rude and believes every famous person has plastic surgery. He left me a rude message when I said someone I personally knew was always beautiful and is young and I knew without a doubt didn't have plastic surgery because not only are they against it but are scared to death of any kind of surgery.

I had barely any acne as a teenager, and now at the age of 28, I’ve been struggling with acne for the past 3-4 years. Just bizarre. My skin type also completely changed from extremely dry & flakey to now somewhat dry, somewhat oily, and acne prone.

In terms of food my skin became healthy when I stopped eating gluten. I apparently had a gluten sensitivity that caused me to get eczema and allergies but this all went away when I removed gluten from my diet. Since then I don't have skin issues anymore. Especially Dairy caused me to have skin issues. Like at the beginning of the video, it is explained that they still trying to figure out why. Well I tell you that all of the doctors are still ignorant when I tell them that it was gluten that caused my issues. With minds like that, I am not surprised that they still trying to figure out why dairy and other foods might cause skin issues in some people.

Thanks for the myth busting. My acne is mostly hormonal but controllable with 2, 5% benzoyl peroxide, vitamin c and a cheap nivea moisturiser. 😊 It doesn’t bother me as much anymore thanks to these great affordable treatments and I stopped depriving myself from good food 😂

I have to disagree on one, face exercises. I have been doing 1 every morning. Started 3x/day for a year then to one a day. I lost my double chin. Didn’t lose weight. Did nothing different. I wouldn’t believe it either if I didn’t see proof on myself. 😊

Hello, I enjoy following your videos. I have a suggestion: if you add English subtitles to your videos (I'm not talking about automatically generated subtitles), you can deliver information flawlessly to people all over the world.

Hot take, but... I don't think avoiding sun exposure and constantly using sun screen is good for us. Sunlight is mainly how we get vitamin D and sun screen can block rays that help us produce vitamin D. On top of that, so many sunscreens contain chemicals, fragrances, and even carcinogens that are very bad for us. Of course, sun burns are bad for our skin (I wear sunscreen in the summer and only when i know im going to be out in the sun for a while) but people have been working in the sun since the begining of time, our skin was made to handle it at least to an extent. People would be healthier and less depressed if they got more sun exposure, thats my theory.
