Free Inventory Management in Excel for Manufacturing Businesses - Inventory Spreadsheet

You can use this to automatically calculate the current raw material stock as well as determining how many units of each product you can make using the raw materials available. We can input simple Bill of Materials (BOM) where we define how we can manufacture a products from its raw materials.

There are five sheets in the Excel template: 1) Home 2) Products 3) Raw Materials 4) BOM and 5) Orders

Hello Sir. If I want to see in parallel multiple products availability how can I do it ? I tried to copy row 4 and insert it below multiple times and delete from formula the "$" but is not working. Although I don't receive an answer many thanks for your file !! It's amazing :D

This sheet meets my needs perfectly. I saw in a previous comment (2years ago) you have not tested them with Google sheets. Is that still the case? I have tried to import it and most of it works great but some glitches that keeps me from using it correctly. is there any guidance you can give toward this end. Again this sheet is perfect for me but I will have to use it on Google. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the video... Please I have a fabrics factory, and employees that produce for me.. sometime they do bad job and no one will tell truth about who does the job. Now i want to assigned a default bar code that will reveal who does the job. how do i go about it?

so there is no tracking of costs for your raw material?
example:
making a "super orange smoothie" costs me:
$1.20 in "parts",
I sell for $4.00
profit = $2.80

the sheets have no monetary references?

Hello sir. This is very helpful and well done ! It could be even better if you could make it following the cost of BOM used in every order. That means that we give in BOM the initial price per unit of row materials and then in every reorder of row material the new amount is added to the initial, and in every order that we produce a product the cost must calculated from the average price of the row materials.. thanks again
